Damaged Baggage Inquiry Form(For International Flight)

Notes for application

This form is accepted inquiries regarding to damaged baggage with international flights operated by JAL.
This is an inquiry form only for passengers whose final destination is one of the following airports.
- 　-Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport)
- 　-Narita International Airport
- 　-Kansai International Airport
- 　-Chubu International Airport
Passengers who are connecting to an international flight from above airport should contact the airport at their final destination.
This form cannot be accepted inquiries from passengers flying with JAL domestic flights.
Passengers flying with domestic flights should contact the airport at their final destination directly.
For baggage damage on codeshare flights operated by other airlines, please contact the operating airline directly.
Please apply the damage by the application deadline (within seven days of the baggage receipt).
Please check the “Baggage problem (damaged or lost baggage)” in advance.
After checking the application details, we will inform you of whether or not compensation is possible.

Please have a photo of the entire baggage and the damaged area before proceeding to the application form. (Uploadable files: JPEG and PNG formats only)
Please have your "Customer copy of e-ticket" ready.
We will contact you after reviewing your application, please note that it may take a few days depending on the situation.

In the case of damage caused by successive carriage with other airlines (including oneworld partners), we may share your personal information with other airlines as necessary, or the airlines concerned may reply directly to you.
